We currently ship Australia-wide.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise specified.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and product type.

You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless a promotion offers free shipping.

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or external events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via hello@fotogenique.com.au.

To assess your request, please provide:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We do not accept returns for:

Customer-uploaded image errors (e.g. low resolution, wrong file)

Spelling or text mistakes provided by the customer during ordering

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
